Azerbaijani Youth Foundation to discuss cooperation with European structures

Azerbaijan, Baku, June 11 / Trend E. Mehdiyev / Azerbaijani Youth Foundation Executive Director Farhad Hajiyev will attend the next meeting of the Council of Europe committee, engaged in the program to work with young people, to be held on June 11-14 in Strasbourg, France, the Foundation told Trend on Monday. As part of the visit Hajiyev is expected to meet with the head of the European Youth Foundation, Jean-Claude Lazaro and to hold meeting in the Directorate of Youth and Sport Council of Europe. The purpose of visits is providing detailed information on the Youth Foundation of Azerbaijan and reaching an agreement on cooperation in the future. The Foundation was established on December 19, 2011 under the Ministry of Youth and Sports. In accordance with the youth policy, the foundation will provide an increase in the number of activities aimed at developing science, education, culture and other social spheres. Among the main objectives of the foundation is also to provide financial support for projects and programs implemented at the international level.
