Azerbaijani military seamen scored highest point in next stage of Sea Cup contest

Baku, August 23, AZERTAC Teams, participating in the "Sea Cup" contest, fulfilled the episode "Water inflow control on a coastal training complex" of the "Struggle for survivability of the ship and the rescue training" stage, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Defense told AZERTAC. The contest is being held as part of the "International Army Games-2022" in the territorial waters of Azerbaijan in the Caspian Sea. According to exercise terms, the military seamen of Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan and Russia demonstrated their skills and abilities in ensuring the safety of the ship, preventing water inflow caused by various damages, as well as rescuing the ship. At this stage, the team of Azerbaijan Naval Forces scored 40 points and showed the highest result. The Russian Navy team ended the stage with 34 points, the team of the Iranian Naval Forces scored 32 points, and the team of the Kazakh Navy ended the stage with 30 points”.
