Armed group seeking to penetrate Syria rendered harmless in Jordan

Azerbaijan, Baku, June 5 / Trend, A.Taghiyeva / As a result of an operation carried out by Jordanian security forces, an armed group that tried to illegally cross into Syria has been rendered harmless, Al-Jazeera TV channel reported on Tuesday. According to Al-Jazeera TV channel, the members of the armed group intended to join the 'Free Syrian Army'. Syria has been covered by anti-government rhetoric for more than a year resulting in violent clashes. According to UN figures, the total number of victims in the country exceeds 10,000.
