Qatar's Embassy in Zagreb Celebrate National Day

Zagreb, December 19 (QNA) - Charge d'Affaires at Qatar's Embassy in Zagreb Sheikh Khalifa bin Badr bin Khalifa Al Thani held a reception on the occasion of Qatar National Day. The function was attended by Croatia's First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Vesna Pusic, Former President Stjepan Mesic and a number of senior government officials in addition to the deputy speaker of the parliament and a number of scholars. The reception was also attended by political, economy, cultural and scientific figures in addition to members of diplomatic corps and members of the Arab community residing in Croatia. The guests congratulated the State of Qatar and extended greetings to the Qatari Government and people, lauding the great role undertaken by Qatar in Arab, regional and international forums under the wise leadership of HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and HH the Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
