Qatar Participates in the International Conference of Heads of Judicial Organs in the World

Doha, December 11 (QNA) - The State of Qatar participated in the international conference of heads of judicial bodies in the world, which opened today in the Indian city of Lucknow . Qatar's delegation to the conference was headed by HE Judge Masoud Mohamed Amiri, Head of the Court of Cassation and Head of the Supreme Judicial Council, who chaired the conference's opening session, presented a working paper on "the importance of the perspective of the independence of the judiciary in the consolidation of the role of law. The paper reviewed the importance of the perspective of the independence of the judiciary in the consolidation of the role of law, and the importance of a just global governance system that fulfills the needs of humanity and for the purpose of exploring the possibility of finding judicial cooperation patterns with friendly judicial authorities in the world. On the sidelines of the conference HE Al Amiri met with the Chief of the High Court of Turkey Ali Alcan, Head of the Constitutional Chamber of the Supreme Court of Costa Rica Amiliana Fernandez, Director General of the National Judicial Institute of Argentina Dr. Ricardo Rossi, Head of the Dutch Juvenile Court and Head of the Conference's Secretariat Jadish Gandhi.(QNA)
