Qatar, Bulgaria Sign Defense Cooperation Agreement

Doha, September 06 (QNA) - The State of Qatar and the Republic of Bulgaria signed here today a defense cooperation agreement. The signing ceremony took place during a meeting between the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, HE Maj. Gen. Hamad Bin Ali Al Attiyah and visiting Bulgarian Defense Minister Anyu Angelov. Talks during the meeting dealt with aspects of military cooperation between the two countries. The meeting was attended by the Bulgarian Charge D'Affaires to Qatar, Miroslav Zafirov along with a number of Armed Forces officers. (QNA)
