Pyongyang, February 9 (KCNA) -- Big efforts have been directed to preventing influenza A (H3N2), which is now rapidly spreading worldwide, in the DPRK. In this regard, Pak Myong Su, director of the State Sanitary Inspection Board under the Ministry of Public Health, told KCNA: Thorough medical inspection has been made at airport, harbor, border railway station and other entries. Hygienic and anti-epidemic officials and health workers are conducting diverse hygienic propaganda activities in residential districts and work sites.
