Paraguay President Meets Qatari Supreme Judicial Council Chief

Asuncion, Paraguay, October 31 (QNA) - President Federico Franco of Paraguay met here on Wednesday with HE Head of the Court of Cassation and Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Mohammad Masoud Al Amiri. During the meeting, he conveyed greetings of HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, and HH the heir Apparent to the President of Paraguay, and their wishes to the friendly people of Paraguay for more development as well as Qatar’s keenness to further develop bilateral relations. For his part, President Federico Franco praised the developing bilateral relations and expressed his best wishes to HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, HH the Heir Apparent and to the Government and the people of the State of Qatar of continued progress and prosperity .. He also commended the efforts of judicial cooperation between the two countries. President met the Supreme Judicial Council also met with Paraguay Foreign Minister Jose Fernandez and Parliament Speaker, Mayor of Asuncion and Chairman of the Judicial Administrative Council who expressed their appreciation of the efforts to deepen bilateral ties especially judicial cooperation between the two countries. They also praised the constructive roles undertaken by the State of Qatar at the international community under the leadership of HH the Emir and HH the Heir Apparent. (QNA)
