NHRC Chairman Meets Egyptian Officials

Doha, December 19 (QNA) - Dr. Ali bin Smaikh Al Marri, chairman of the National Human Rights Committee (NHRC), met here today with judge Hossam al-Ghiryani, chairman of Egypt's National Human Rights Council and Dr. Hassan Mahmoud Abdulatif Al Shafii, head of the Egyptian Academy of the Arabic Language. Talks during the meeting dealt with means of enhancing joint cooperation and promoting exchange of experiences between the two countries in the human rights field. Dr. Al Marri provided his guests with a comprehensive explanation about the NHRC's evolution. (QNA)
