Joint UN/Arab League Envoy to Syria Arrives in Cairo

Doha, December 17 (QNA) - Joint UN/Arab League envoy to Syria Lakhdar Brahimi arrived Monday in Egypt. Brahimi is scheduled to meet Arab League Secretary-General Dr. Nabil El Araby to discuss Brahimi's talks with a number of European Foreign Ministers on resolving the Syrian crisis. Brahimi will also update El Araby on the latest developments in Syria and efforts to unite the opposition. (QNA)
