Jaafari Up To Rome To Represent Iraq in the Meetings Of the International Coalition Against Daash

BAGHDAD / NINA / Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari arrived in the Italian capital Rome to represent Iraq in the meetings of the international coalition for the war on terror gangs Daash held next Tuesday. He is scheduled, according to a Foreign Ministry statement, to hold a series of meetings with a number of ministers and officials on the sidelines of the meetings in the framework of strengthening cooperation and coordination on issues of common interest and provide more support for Iraq in the war against Daash and reconstruction of liberated areas. The US State Department announced yesterday that the international coalition against the terrorist organization Daash led by the United States, will hold a meeting next Tuesday in Rome. According to a statement of US State Department "The coalition partners will review progress has been made so far and discuss ways to intensify their commitments of all efforts to weaken and defeat this terrorist group," adding that "Kerry is supposed to arrived in Rome on Tuesday to attend the conference. Officials are studying the possibility of intervention against the terrorist organization in Libya, perhaps led by Italy, which is hosting the conference. US State department indicated that "the coalition parties that will participate in the meeting are Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Britain, Canada, Denmark, Egypt, the European Union, France, Germany, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and the UAE, while the United Nations will send observers to the conference. / End
