BAGHDAD, IRAQ (NINA) - The Iraqi and Iranian sides have conducted an exchange of the remains of victims of the Iran-Iraq war. A statement of the MoD said, "In implementation of the mechanisms of the agreement between the Iraqi and Iranian governments, the Ministry of Defense carried out the exchange of remains of the victims of the first Gulf War between Iraq and Iran through the Shalamjah border crossing under the supervision of the Red Cross and in coordination with the directorate of the Human Rights of MoD's."
