Interior Ministry lauds security cooperation between Bahrain and Jordan

Manama, April 2 (BNA)-- Following reports by some mass media regarding security cooperation between Bahrain and Jordan, the Interior Ministry affirmed that security relations between both countries are long-standing and going on in terms of exchanging experiences and training as per a joint agreement in this respect. The ministry took pride in the advanced level of the Bahraini-Jordanian relations in the field of security cooperation and combating terrorism and organised crimes. It lauded Jordan's support to Bahrain at regional and international gatherings which underscores strong fraternal relations between both countries, stressing that the Interior Ministry is the relevant party in charge of any statements and information pertaining to the security affairs.
