HRH Premier receives Saudi family delegation

Manama, Feb. 17. (BNA) – His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa received at the Gudaibiya Palace today a delegation from the Saudi Al-Rajhi Family, led by Shaikh Metab bin Abdulla bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi. HRH Premier lauded the strong Bahraini-Saudi relations, noting that popular bonds are one of their pillars. HRH Premier praised the initiatives of the private sector in Saudi Arabia, including Al-Rajhi family, in the economic, social and religious fields inside and outside Saudi Arabia. HRH the Prime Minister affirmed the government's keen interest to provide facilities for the private sector in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia to launch projects that consolidate GCC social unity and promote the values and tolerant precepts of Islam, especially amid the challenges currently faced by the Islamic Nation. He stressed that those challenges require efforts to highlight Islam's moderation. Meanwhile, HRH Premier lauded the leading role of Al-Rajhi family in the economic field in Saud Arabia, as one of the most prestigious business families there.
