HH the Emir Meets Outgoing Azerbaijani Ambassador

Doha, September 09 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani met here on Sunday morning at his Emiri Diwan Office with HE Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Qatar Eldar Salimov on the occasion of the end of his tenure in the country. At the beginning of the meeting, HH the Emir granted the Azerbaijani Ambassador the sash of merit in appreciation of his efforts in promoting and developing cooperation between the two countries, wishing him success in his future assignments and the relations between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Azerbaijan further progress and prosperity. For his part, the Azerbaijani Ambassador expressed his thanks and appreciation to HH the Emir and the State's Officials for the cooperation during his term of duty in Qatar. (QNA)
