HH the Emir to Address COP18 Conference Tuesday

Doha, December 03 (QNA) - HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani will on Tuesday deliver a speech before the opening session of the high-level meetings of 18th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP-18) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), which will be held at Qatar National Convention Center. The opening session will be attended by a number of their highnesses and excellencies heads of state and government members in UNFCCC as well as a number of ministers of states members in UN agreement in addition to senior officials and several international and regional organizations concerned.
