Doha, November 07 (QNA) - HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to Barack Obama on his re-election as US President for a second term. HH the Deputy Emir and Heir Apparent also sent a cable to US Vice President Joe Biden congratulating him on the occasion. (QNA)
