Doha, August 22 (QNA) - HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani has sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to President Benigno Aquino III of the Republic of the Philippines on the death of Philippine Interior Secretary Jesse Robredo following a plane crash.
