Hamad bin Khalifa University Observes Qatar National Day

Doha, December 18 (QNA) - Hamad bin Khalifa University (HBKU) Student Center Tuesday joined citizens to observe and commemorate the Qatar National Day. The university held a slew of activities on December 16 and 17 to demonstrate their patriotism and love for the country. Faculty, staff and students participated in events organised to celebrate the National Day, the university said today. HBKU launched its celebrations on December 9 through a display of Qatari art at the HBKU Student Center Art Gallery. The exhibition showcases photography from the Qatar Photographic Society. The exhibition is open up to December 21 for visitors. The university also hosted 'Share Your Vision for Qatar' a discussion held at the Student Center Majlis that engaged staff, students and faculty. The discussion enabled all to participate in an educational dialogue regarding Qatar's future and Qatar National Vision 2030, the university said. (QNA)
