For The First Time ... Basra Retirement Directorate Sends MasterCard By Drone To Retirees’ Homes

Basra / NINA /- Basra Retirement Directorate used for the first time a drone to send and deliver a MasterCard to retirees in their homes. In a press release, which NINA received a copy of it, the Basra Retirement Directorate director Basil Al-Eidani said, "This step is a pioneering experience for our Directorate to deliver the (Q Card) to retired employees’ homes by (Drone) in coordination and cooperation with the (Master Card) company, which is located in the headquarters of Retirement Directorate to work together with it." He explained, "This procedure is used for the first time in Iraq, by directing the drone to the person's address and after verifying his retirement identity, he will receive the card." Al-Eidani indicated: "This action, taken by the Directorate, came due to the outbreak of the Coronavirus pandemic and the imposed health prevention, which prevents retirees from reaching the Retirement Directorate to receive the Master Card."/ End
