Finance Minister receives Industry Minister

Manama, Feb. 14 (BNA): Minister of Finance and National Economy Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa received today Minister of Industry, Commerce and Tourism Zayed bin Rashid Al Zayani, members of Bahrain Bourse Board of Directors led by Chairman Abdulkarim Bujiri and the bourse's executive directorate led by Shaikh Khalifa bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa. The Minister of Finance and National Economy stressed the importance of Bahrain Bourse in boosting the pioneering role of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the finance and business field in order to achieve the visions of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the kingdom's economic trends. He pointed out the bourse's constant modernisation efforts which have a great impact in luring investments and major companies to the kingdom's finance and business market. He also stressed the need to bolster cooperation between the Ministry of Finance and National Economy and Bahrain Bourse to further promote the development process in various sectors.
