Economy Minister Caglayan meets head of Libya's National Transitional Council

TRIPOLI (A.A) - Turkish Economy Minister Zafer Caglayan on Tuesday was received by the head of Libya's National Transitional Council Mustafa Abdul Jalil in Tripoli. Speaking to reporters after meeting Caglayan at the Rixos Hotel, Abdul Jalil said that he was pleased to see Caglayan in Libya. We thank Turkey for unfreezing Libya's assets, Abdul Jalil said. Caglayan, in his part, said that Turkey unfreezed Libyan assets worth around 1.4 billion USD. "Turkey will construct the new Libyan parliament in Tripoli. Libyan youth will receive occupational training in Turkey," Caglayan also said.
