Deputy Premier lauds painter's distinguished work

Manama, June 27 (BNA): Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa paid tribute to fine artist Abdullah Al Muharraqi for enriching the Bahraini artistic scene with distinguished paintings that represent an accurate documentation of social developments in Bahrain. This came during a visit today to the artist’s gallery, in the presence of the artist’s son Khalid Abdullah Al Muharraqi. The Deputy Prime Minister said that Al Muharraqi had been able to present through his artistic works an expressive civilisational image on the phases of growth and construction witnessed by Bahrain. Al Muharraqi expressed thanks and respect to the Deputy Premier for the visit, lauding his constant support to art and artists in Bahrain.
