Azerbaijani President signs decree to enforce law on ‘Providing Azerbaijani ex-presidents and their families with security’

Azerbaijan, Baku, June 21 / Trend / Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree to enforce the Constitutional Law on 'Providing Azerbaijani ex-presidents and their families with security'. According to the decree, it was instructed to approve a sample form of the annual report on the use of entertainment expenses within three months envisaged by Article 10.2.2 of the Constitutional Law and to inform the Azerbaijani President. According to the decree, the individuals indicated in Article 10.1.1 of the Constitutional Law on 'Providing Azerbaijani ex-presidents and their families with security' and the vehicle indicated in Article 10.1.2 are allocated by the Special State Protection Service. According to Article 10.2.2 of the law, the finance ministry is meant as a relevant executive body. The appropriate instructions were also given to the central executive bodies and the cabinet of ministers to bring the regulations into line with Constitutional Law. Do you have any feedback?
