Doha, December 17 (QNA) - HE Chairman of the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, who is also the President of the Climate Change Conference (COP-18) met on Monday with HE Japanese Ambassador to Qatar Kingero Monge.
