Moroccan FM Highlights King Mohammed VI Visit to Qatar

Doha, October 22 (QNA) - Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Saad Eddin Al-Othmani stressed that the visit of Morocco's King Mohammed VI to the State of Qatar heading an important Moroccan delegation was successful and achieved its objectives. In a statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA), the Moroccan Foreign Minister noted to the two countries' historical and distinct relationship which was the success factor of the visit. The objectives of the visit were achieved in connection with the various files related to bilateral relations between the two countries. In response to a question about the GCC decision to support development efforts in Morocco, the Minister explained that the $5 billion are only allocated to support development projects over the next five years. The Minister of Foreign Affairs said in his statement that the investment projects in his country are open, and this development support will attract investments, adding that Morocco is a suitable environment in terms of legality, administration or in terms of attracting investment climate, as well as in terms of political and economic relations.
