Azerbaijan`s Chamber of Accounts becomes member of INTOSAI Working Group on IT Audit

Baku, February 26, AZERTAC The Chamber of Accounts of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been accepted as the 55th member of the Working Group on Information technology Audit (WGITA) of the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (INTOSAI). This is one of the greatest achievements of the Chamber in recent times. The Working Group on Information Technology Audit (WGITA) was created at the 13th INCOSAI in Berlin in 1989. WGITA was set up to provide support to member SAIs in developing their knowledge and skills in the use and audit of Information Technology. WGITA fulfils its mission and mandate by implementing a triennial work plan and the goals and projects included in the Work Plan.
